Acceptance or refusal of services may be due to any of the following factors:

• ethical/moral differences
• inappropriate paraphernalia
• copyright issues
• lack of time due to prior commitments
• suspicious or untrustworthy client behavior
• lack of communication or other unpleasant behavior from prospective client
• commission requires a different skillset than can be provided
• client not respecting the determined price, lower pay may require client to either lower end result expectations or seek the service elsewhere

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the client understands that the commissioned piece may be added to Karlaidascope's portfolio and/or be used to publicly promote Karlaidascope skills and services.

• I am open to creating artwork based on existing characters (fan art) for personal use. Any consequences due to failure of complying with any existing copyright law will leave the client solely liable for their actions.

I value my time and effort and frankly have no shelf space for artworks that were not intended for my personal use.
